Competition Training Update If you are interested in competition training then lets get started. Training Monday-Thursday from 4-5:30pm; Sparring with Assistant Coach Matt VanGennep, competition weapons and kata with Assistant Coach Matt Watson. The training is geared for NASKA national competition! You must be dedicated and if you start you must finish the season. Contact Coach Martin to get started. Saturdays sparring... The Karate Center WILL BE OPEN on Saturdays from 10-11:30am, we will be working on developmental skills and sparring. We will also go out on the fitness course for fun and exercise. The Kenpo Kids Club is online and has lots of cool stuff, click on the kids channel banner to access.
We have a blog page and a link will be added to our front page. The blog will have articles on self defense etc. Let us know what you think.
Mr Martins In Self Defense now on itunes for FREE. Go to the itunes store, go to podcast and signup - downloads directly to your ipod. e-mail if you have a problem and we can send you a link. This is listed under "In Self Defense". Kickboxing classes are Monday-Thursday 5:30-6:15pm only $3 dollars per session. Workout with Gina on Monday and Thursday and Briann on Tuesday and Wednesday.
