Our adult classes focus on developing your physical strength and will power. Our curriculum is designed to build every students self worth. We do this with enthusiasm and dedication. Adults tend to learn faster than children do and therefore we challenge you with more material. We offer handouts that you can use to inspire yourself. We press you to make dedicated changes to better your life. We realize that you have daily responsibilities and time constraints however, we will tell you that time in the dojo will help you with stress, mental alertness and improve your activity level.
